Benji

In our search for the meaning of our lives, for the answers to questions that many don't even know how to ask, we often get caught up in our own little selves.  We often miss the chance to learn what our Four-legged brothers have to teach us.

There are many lessons that we can learn from the animals (domesticated & wild), but perhaps one of the greatest lessons that so many miss is that of Compassion.

The Great Spirit (or whatever you may choose to call the One Source) has breathed us all into existence, and humans were given charge over the CARE of All animal species.  We have forgotten that we are their caretakers, and as a result many animals (including man's Best Friend) are now suffering atrocious living conditions and even torture.

It is time to get off of the couches, turn off the televisions, and get back in touch with our Spirit ... it is time to step forward and actually DO something to help those who would perish without our assistance.

In looking for Enlightenment, remember that animals also have souls, and do what is necessary to ease their pain.

May your path be gentle and filled with Love ~
